Chicken Soup, South of the Border

Pretty typical chicken soup, started off with finely chopped onion, shallot and garlic, some celery, chicken thighs, and then two ancho chiles, and later the juice of two limes. Avocado and cilantro for finishing, and sour cream would not hurt.
